COLD LAKE - Megan Lanceleve is heading back to her roots, only this time she has a new title.
Starting the 2024/25 school year, Lanceleve will be returning to Holy Cross Elementary School as Vice Principal.
Eager to connect with families, teachers, and students, Lanceleve is eager to start the new year back in the community she calls home.
”I am thrilled to continue to provide an environment where our staff, students, and families feel the presence of Jesus as they walk through the doors and to see his hands alive and at work amongst our school community,” she said.
Prior to her maternity leave, Lanceleve served as vice principal at École Notre Dame Elementary, and before that taught in the very school she is going back to.
The Lakeland Catholic alumni attended St. Dominic Elementary School before graduating at Assumption Jr/Sr High School. She attended the University of Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Education degree.
Lanceleve recently received her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Pedagogy.
Outside of school, Laceleve can be found on the court, coaching volleyball. She also enjoys the outdoors, boating, watching sports, and reading.
Let your light shine before others,
so that they may see your good works
and give glory to your Father in heaven.
